Raimundas Malašauskas è un curatore e scrittore lituano. Il suo progetto più recente è trust & confusion, una mostra di live arts della durata di otto mesi al Tai Kwun Contemporary di Hong Kong (2021), 914, la curatela annullata del Padiglione della Federazione Russa alla Biennale Arte di Venezia 2022, e Mars Returns, un evento di 14 ore alla galleria Mykolas Zilinskas di Kaunas. Raimundas Malašauskas is a Lithuanian curator and writer. His curatorial and writing practices are notable for their questioning approach to the concept of the exhibition, creating unpredictable, often playful results. He was curator of the CAC Vilnius from 1995-2006, and Artists Space, New York from 2007-09. He served as an agent for dOCUMENTA (13) and curated various projects worldwide: On Campus, Monash University, Melbourne (2017), Meeting Points 8, Cairo/Brussels/Beirut (2017), part of the Liverpool Biennial 2016; oO, The Lithuania and Cyprus Pavilions at the Venice Art Biennale 2013; Repetition Island at the Centre Pompidou, and Satellite 4 at the Jeu de Paume, both Paris, 2010. His most recent project is trust & confusion, an eight month long live art exhibition at Tai Kwun Contemporary, Hong Kong (2021), 914, the cancelled curation of Russian Federation Pavillion at the Venice Art Biennale 2022, and Mars Returns, a 14 hour event at Mykolas Zilinskas gallery, Kaunas. Hypnotic Show has been his longest-lasting project (from 2008 on), an exhibition that takes place through hypnosis.
