La nuova stagione di Raum, lo spazio di Xing a Bologna, si apre con la consegna pubblica di Spangbergianism The Book 'the first seriously indecent book in dance' di Mårten Spångberg, per proseguire con un nuovo formato, Camping.
Camping è una occasione di costruzione accesa e rilassata, configurata come invito a gruppi autoriali ad insediarsi per un certo tempo negli spazi di Raum e lì attivare un accampamento/ambasciata di mondi immaginari. Ogni gruppo esplicita una propria tonalità operativa estendendo l'invito ad altri artisti con cui intrecciarsi, nella naturalezza ed evidenza di una condivisione. Il ciclo prevede la permanenza di quattro gruppi da ottobre 2011 a gennaio 2012: Hundebiss,  Orthographe e Presto!?, Barokthegreat, Codalunga. Entità posate in varie località d'Italia: Milano, Ravenna, Verona, Vittorio Veneto, basi da cui elaborano da tempo messaggi chiari. Camping è quindi una gita fuori porta, ma anche un potenziamento di voci già udite in certi ambienti. Raum ne estende la proiezione rilanciandone il profilo cosmopolita e felicemente vernacolare.
A questo si affiancano alcuni progetti speciali: il tape-concert di Asmus Tietchens, in collaborazione con Sant'Andrea degli Amplificatori; il work.lab con Liliana Moro, in collaborazione con déjà.vu; e l'evento dedicato ai 100 anni della nascita di John Cage, Dance for Nothing di Eszter Salamon, nel contesto del festival FranceDanse e delle manifestazioni sostenute dal Teatro Comunale di Bologna.

Raum, Xing's space in Bologna opens the new season with the public delivery of Spangbergianism The Book 'the first seriously indecent book in dance' by Mårten Spångberg, and continuing with a new format, Camping. Camping is an opportunity for a lively and relaxed construction, in the form of an invitation to authoring groups to camp for a time in Raum's spaces and set up a camp/embassy of imaginary worlds there. Each group expresses its own way of working, extending the invitation to other artists to become intertwined, with the naturalness and obviousness of a shared activity. The cycle consists of the residency of four groups from October 2011 to January 2012: Hundebiss, Orthographe e Presto!?, Barokthegreat, and Codalunga. These entities are located in various sites around Italy: Milan, Ravenna, Verona, Vittorio Veneto, as bases for developing clear messages over time. Camping, therefore, is a trip out of town, but also a strengthening of voices already heard in some environments. Raum extends its project, re-launching its cosmopolitan and happily vernacular profile. In addition there are some special projects: the extended tape-concert of Asmus Tietchens, in collaboration with Sant'Andrea degli Amplificatori; the work.lab with Liliana Moro, in collaboration with déjà.vu, and the event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of John Cage, Dance for Nothing by Eszter Salamon, within the festival FranceDanse and events supported by the Teatro Comunale in Bologna.
